David has some 20 years experience of transactional
corporate work with particular emphasis on mergers and
acquisitions. During this time, David has acted on a
number of reasonably high profile and high value transactions,
ranging from establishing new television companies in
the early 1990’s and securing finance following
the award of television franchises, to advising quoted
companies in connection with their acquisition strategies,
to advising privately owned/family companies regarding
exit strategies and sales. Most recently, David has
advised on a number of quoted company acquisitions and
has been involved in private equity deals, MBO’s
and MBI’s.
He also deals with a wide range of agreements including
joint ventures, shareholders agreements and other major
commercial contracts and has given lectures on various
aspects of contract law as well as on merger and acquisition
transactions and documentation.

Hobbies:
Aside from devoting as much time as possible to his
young family, David plays regular weekend golf at his
local club and enjoys cricket and football.
