Areas of work
Commercial property transactions are the main focus
of James’ work, with the majority of these being
in the field of Landlord and Tenant relations, acting
for both landlords and tenants, who range from individuals
to international companies. He also specialises in liquor and entertainment licensing law, acting for hotels bars and clubs and, occasionally for individuals affected by poorly run premises.
Education
James went to Charterhouse in Godalming Surrey from
where he went on to read French and History at the University
of Leeds. He then took the CPE and LPC at the College
of Law, London and joined Goodman Derrick as a trainee
in 2002. He qualified in 2004.
