Areas of work

Jessica qualified as a Solicitor in the Corporate department in 2006, having completed her training contract with the firm. As part of her training contract Jessica spent time in the firm’s Company, Litigation, Property and Media departments. Jessica has a range of experience in company commercial and corporate matters, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions (both share and business sales), joint ventures, shareholders agreements, LLP agreements, MBOs/MBIs and general corporate advice e.g. relating to articles of association and buy back of own shares.

Education
Jessica attended The Latymer School in London and then the University of Sheffield (2000- 2003), where she obtained an LLB (Hons) in Law. After leaving University, Jessica completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. In 2004 Jessica joined Goodman Derrick to begin her training Contract.
