Expertise
Katee advises on all aspects of Employment Law, both contentious and non-contentious.
She has worked with clients across a range of sectors including hotel and leisure, finance, media, construction, recruitment, property and technology. Katee acts for employers and employees.
Katee is experienced in advising on a wide range of issues including strategic and day to day HR advice, contract and policy drafting, Employment Tribunal claims, compromise agreements, discrimination issues, corporate due diligence and TUPE.
Education
Katee went to Impington International Sixth Form
Centre where she undertook the International Baccalaureate
(IB) and then to the University of Warwick where she
studied BA Law and Business Studies.
She concluded her studies at Nottingham Law School.
Katee then completed her training contract at a large
city firm (Simmons & Simmons, 2003 to 2005) and
subsequently joined Goodman Derrick LLP in September
2005 as a newly qualified solicitor, specialising in
employment law.
