Lai joined Goodman Derrick LLP as an associate from
south east regional firm, ASB Law and was made a partner
in May 2008.
Lai has over ten years experience as a commercial property
lawyer specialising in:
- Acting for both landlords and tenants in both retail
and industrial sectors of the market
- Acquisitions & disposals of freehold and leasehold
premises for investment clients and owners/occupiers
Acting for owner- managed businesses- care home and
leisure sectors
- Undertaking property due diligence on corporate
transactions (mergers & acquisitions, MBOs)
- Secured lending
