Michael deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions including development projects, funding, investment, landlord and tenant work and limited residential property transactions. Michael is a member of the firms Construction Group dealing with the noncontentious aspects of construction projects including development project contracts, appointments, warranties and ancillary matters. Michael acts for a wide range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, banks and educational institutions.

Education
Michael qualified as a solicitor in May 1985. Michael joined Goodman Derrick LLP from Withers in 1985 and became a partner in 1988.
