Nick’s practice encompasses all areas of civil and general commercial litigation.
He has experience of a wide range of issues including commercial disputes, freezing orders, debt recovery, statutory demands and bankruptcy including bankruptcy restriction orders, limitation periods, compulsory purchase orders, statutory wayleaves, possession claims, trespass, nuisance, personal injury, costs proceedings, professional negligence, directors’ disqualification, family and employment law.
Education & Career
Nick was educated at St Paul’s School, London (1993–1998), York University (BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, 1999–2002), UCL (MA in Legal and Political Theory, 2002–2003) and BPP Law School, London (2003-2005).
Nick trained as a solicitor at Hughmans, a small city firm specialising in litigation, qualifying in 2007. He joined Goodman Derrick’s litigation department as an assistant solicitor in 2009.
