Areas of work
Nigel specialises in general commercial litigation,
with a particular emphasis on contractual disputes.
His practice areas cover professional negligence, property
litigation, copyright disputes, judicial review and
insolvency and recent cases involve litigation before
the Supreme Court of Bermuda and a multi-million pound
fraud claim. Nigel is a member of the firm’s Residential
Property Group and regularly assists the firm’s
Media Department by handling contentious matters.
Education
Nigel was educated at The Judd School in Tonbridge (1987
– 1992), The London School of Economics (1992
– 1995) and The College of Law, London (1995 -1996).
Nigel joined Goodman Derrick as a trainee in 1997 and
joined the litigation department as an assistant solicitor
upon qualification in 1999.
