Areas of work
Tanya deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial work including: mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures and other commercial agreements; lending and security work; general corporate advice; LLPs (including LLP agreements and conversion to an LLP), corporate finance and public listed company transactions; including Official List and AIM IPOs, rights issues, demergers; incorporation of Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) companies and corporate finance for non-listed companies.

Education
Tanya was educated at Lady Margaret School (1979 – 1984), St Paul’s Girls’ School (1984 – 1986), Durham University (1986 – 1989) and College of Law, London (1990 – 1991). In 1989 Tanya joined Gustavus Thompson Solicitors (part time). In 1991 Tanya joined Goodman Derrick as a trainee, qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and became Partner in 2000.
