We will examine:-

  • Reasons for settling
  • Methods of achieving settlement
  • How to properly document a settlement to make it legally binding
  • Enforcement of settlement agreements
  • Employment Tribunal statistics on claims settled, fought, won and lost.

10.15am       

Close of seminar

You will have a further opportunity to discuss issues with individual members of the team over refreshments.
