We will examine:-

  • How to determine the employment status of your staff — are they self-employed, a worker,  an employee or a volunteer?
  • What employment rights each category enjoys
  • Pay issues and other issues for "interns"/volunteers.
  • Special categories, such as casual and agency workers.

10.15am

Close of seminar

You will have a further opportunity to discuss issues with individual members  of the team over refreshments

If you need to cancel your attendance, we will provide a full refund providing you give us at least 7 days written notice prior to the seminar. No refunds will be given after this time.  However, you are free to substitute a delegate at any time.
