In commercial and civil litigation Emily has worked on a broad range of areas including contractual disputes, professional negligence, property litigation and debt recovery.
As part of her family work Emily has assisted clients in divorce, financial proceedings and child arrangements applications. She has previously worked at the charity Refuge on the National Domestic Violence Helpline and now volunteers on the legal advice helpline at Rights of Women.

Emily joined Goodman Derrick LLP as a trainee solicitor in 2012 and qualified into the Civil Litigation and Family Department in 2014.
