Rebecca Gardner

Senior Solicitor

Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial department of Goodman Derrick in September 2009 having completed her training contract with the firm.  Since that time Rebecca has gained experience in a broad range of both corporate and commercial matters across a wide variety of business sectors.

Her corporate experience includes assisting clients in the following areas: all aspects of share and business sales for both listed and non-listed companies; joint venture and investment agreements; corporate restructuring exercises; share options and other employee incentive arrangements; shareholder disputes; loan and security documentation; and general corporate governance issues such as drafting articles of association, reductions of capital and purchases of own shares.

Rebecca’s commercial experience covers drafting and negotiation of general purchase and supply contractual documentation, including subcontractor framework agreements; standard terms and conditions of business (including website terms and privacy policies); consultancy agreements; research and development collaboration agreements; commission and referral agreements; and general advice relating to data protection, privacy and confidentiality issues.
