Goodman Derrick employment team launch research project to understand the use of social media in the workplace - click here to participate and win an iPad Mini

This survey is now closed. If you would like to learn more about the findings of our survey please come to one of our employment law social media workshops in September, and if you would like a copy of our survey report please contact Jack Osbon.

We will be publishing a report on our survey findings and following up with a really practical session in the Autumn dealing with the employment related social media issues that your business is facing.

The use of social media can be a minefield. Whilst there are obvious benefits, there have been downsides too. As employment lawyers we have had lots of queries about social media related issues and the tribunals are already seeing some interesting cases.

Tailored training on Social Media at Work

To find out we have created a short survey. It will take around 5 minutes to complete. Help us to devise a training session that is as good as it can be.

Is your main concern about safeguards to protect your business reputation and connections?

Are you worried about whether you can use social media as evidence in a disciplinary situation?

We are planning a workshop on this topic and we want it to be relevant to you and your workplace, dealing with the real issues that your business is facing.

What is in it for you?

Entries by our closing date of Monday 8th August 2016 will go into a prize draw to win an iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi 16GB.

Please share!

Given that this is a survey about social media, we would love to see how far we can reach so we can gather views from a variety of businesses of different sizes and in different sectors.

Thank you in advance from the Employment Team!
