Just over 2 years ago, American Actress Alyssya Milano tweeted #MeToo to draw attention to the number of women impacted by sexual harassment and abuse.

The movement swept around the world exposing the prevalence of sexual harassment, especially in the workplace. The impact continues to this day.

Emily Kearsey, Lawyer in our Employment team, has provided a short video to help you build a positive workplace culture in which harassment of any sort is not tolerated.
