Construction experts gather at the International Conference on Construction Law and Arbitration

Richard Bailey, Head of Construction at Goodman Derrick, will be looking at the legal challenges presented by delay and disruption in construction projects at the joint SCL-CIArb India’s forthcoming International Conference on Construction Law and Arbitration in New Delhi.

Richard will be joined on the panel of international construction law experts by Hamish Lal, Charlie Caher, Jose Verghese, and Laina Chan. The panel will discuss how to best use the current Delay and Disruption Protocol, and the need to customize the protocol for small and medium sized projects. Richard Commented:
