Paul Herbert will be speaking at Policy UK’s Public Service Content conference on Tuesday 8th December. The event will examine the funding, creation and delivery of public service content in the context of extensive politicking around the future of the BBC and Charter Renewal, the move of BBC3 online and the recent Ofcom report: 'Public Service Broadcasting in the Internet Age'.
