Goodman Derrick's Corporate team advise on the acquisition of Quiller Publishing for Amberley Publishing

Goodman Derrick’s corporate team have advised Amberley Publishing on its acquisition of Quiller Publishing. The deal is another step forward for both companies as Amberley implements its growth plans following the company’s distribution move to HarperCollins Glasgow in July 2020.

Quiller’s leadership will step back whilst their team join the Amberley stable. Amberley CEO Nick Hayward, commented:

“Paul Webb and the team at Goodman Derrick guided us efficiently through the legal process to ensure a smooth and timely completion of the transaction.”
