17 March 2020

I would like to reassure you on behalf of the partners and staff at Goodman Derrick that work for our clients is currently continuing.

In view of the evolving situation and the Government’s advice, we have implemented precautionary measures in terms of working practices and business travel in order to safeguard the interests of our staff and clients and to ensure business continuity.

Even before this health crisis the majority of our lawyers were able to work remotely. Our systems and contingency plans have been tested and home working is available to everyone. Despite everything that is happening we are confident that our clients should not experience significant disruption. If this changes, we will be in contact to confirm specific arrangements for any live matters.

Please get in touch with your usual contact at Goodman Derrick if you have any further questions.

Kind regards
