Goodman Derrick to host employment law social media workshops
Goodman Derrick's employment team will be hosting two breakfast workshops on social media. Following the success of their research project on social media in the workplace, the team will use the findings of their survey which took place over the summer to illustrate the latest trends and help delegates understand more about the key themes of the employment issues.
On Thursday 22nd September the team will be running a social media breakfast workshop on general employment law, followed by a tailored social media breakfast for recruitment companies on Thursday 29th September.
Why attend? In the workshop you will find out:
- how an employer can better protect its business connections and workforce stability;
- how to minimise reputational risks caused by embarrassing postings by employees; and
- how social media can be used safely to screen applicants in a recruitment process.
