High Level Workshops For Members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
John Wright, head of construction and partner at Goodman Derrick LLP, will be providing two high level workshops for members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. John will be exploring and addressing the issues related to Dispute Boards.
John's first workshop is on the "Concept of Dispute Boards" and it will be held on Wednesday 27 February 2013 at the H Hotel in Dubai.
The second workshop is part of the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' seminar on the "Role of Dispute Boards", and is to be held at the offices of the law firm Lalive in Geneva on 1 March 2013.
John commented, "I am pleased to have been invited to participate in these workshops; dispute boards are a crucial and increasingly used part of the dispute resolution process and these two high-level workshops are a great way to share valuable knowledge and experience amongst members of the dispute resolution community."
John is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of the Dispute Board Federation; he is also Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. John sits as an arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator and Dispute Board Member, as well as advising construction clients on the whole range of domestic and international disputes for employers, contractors and professionals.
