Goodman Derrick identified as a top ten firm in The Legal 500's Client Service Awards

In one of the biggest research projects of its kind The Legal 500 has sought the views of thousands of law firm clients to assess the UK legal market. Over the course of several months clients were asked to rate the performance of firms in a number of key criteria including strength of delivery, industry knowledge, pricing and billing practices and consistency of service. The project provided over 200,000 responses allowing the researchers to recognise the firms with the most satisfied clients.

Goodman Derrick is one of only ten firms recognised in the “UK All Firms” category and is also rated among the top five firms in the "UK Mid-Size" category.

Georgina Stanley, UK Editor, The Legal 500:

“At a time when the client is increasingly king, the results provide a clear indication of the firms setting the pace in the eyes of those using their services.”

Simon Catt, Senior Partner, Goodman Derrick:

“We have always sought to maintain our clients’ trust by providing a service that is completely focussed on their objectives. Having the best lawyers available is crucial, and our people have all had exceptional legal training.  They also have to be commercially astute and be excellent communicators and team players, a  different skill set providing a different service delivery model to the bigger firms.  I’m delighted that The Legal 500’s client research has recognised our approach and the hard work that our teams put in every day to help get our clients to where they want to be.”
