Goodman Derrick LLP’s corporate team has successfully advised on a series of notable transactions during recent months, including advising:

  • TomCo Energy PLC in relation to its AIM placing undertaken by joint brokers, Novum Securities and Turner Pope Investments, raising £1.5m
  • Transcend Packaging Limited on its £10m investment round led by private equity firm IW Capital
  • Palm Bidco Limited on the acquisition of The Big Green Parcel Holding Company Limited and its subsidiaries, including Tuffnells Parcels Express for £15m from Smiths News Holdings Limited
  • Hybridan LLP in relation to equity placings for AIM quoted Physiomics plc and Sareum Holdings plc 
  • Catenae Innovation Plc on its AIM placing undertaken by Brandon Hill Capital
