Chris Bull


Chris’ experience includes both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. Chris has worked on disputes in the Technology and Construction Court at the High Court as well as adjudication disputes and enforcement proceedings. Chris also has experience working with clients procuring developments in the commercial sector. Chris has experience advising on JCT building contracts and sub-contracts, bespoke consultant appointments, and a range of collateral warranties.


Chris obtained a degree in Philosophy from the University of Manchester. Following graduation in 2009 Chris pursued a career as a musician before deciding to enter the legal profession, studying the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in Manchester. Chris joined Goodman Derrick as a paralegal in the Construction department in September 2018. Chris is looking forward to beginning his training contract in 2019.

Chris enjoys writing and recording music while locked away in his garden shed. Chris also enjoys watching football and is a season ticket holder at Arsenal.
