Catherine Hayes

Solicitor

Catherine is a solicitor in the Corporate department advising on corporate, commercial and company matters.

Catherine advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions including private company acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, debt and equity financing and commercial contracts.

Catherine also advises on corporate governance issues such as advising companies, directors and shareholders on corporate procedures and compliance with constitutional documents and applicable legislation, including drafting articles of association. She has particular experience working with property management companies on such issues.

Career

Catherine joined Goodman Derrick in 2017.  Prior to that, Catherine undertook her training contract at DAC Beachcroft LLP during which time she spent six months seconded to Unilever’s in-house legal department.  Catherine qualified in 2012 and joined Pemberton Greenish LLP.
