Michelle Waligora

Michelle advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including private acquisitions and disposals – share and asset deals, shareholders' agreements, commercial contracts and ad hoc day-to-day company law and commercial law issues.

Michelle seeks to provide clear and succinct advice to her clients at all times without unnecessary legal jargon. She has strong attention to detail and enjoys getting to know her clients and their businesses to suggest practical solutions that achieve their commercial objectives.

Michelle spent her childhood and teenage years in Norway and Poland, before moving to England to study law at university.

Michelle qualified as a solicitor in 2017 with IBB Solicitors in West London, where she worked on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Making her move to the City, Michelle joined Goodman Derrick in 2019, where she continues to work on non-contentious corporate/commercial matters for companies, directors, shareholders and other stakeholders.

Out of the office

Michelle enjoys good food and travelling (with some of her most favourite places in Italy), and has recently started polishing up her tennis skills.
