Sinead O'Brien


Sinead is a solicitor within our Dispute Resolution team and deals with a broad range of commercial disputes for both corporate and individual clients, including contractual disputes, insolvency matters, debt recovery and professional negligence.

Sinead also assists Nigel Adams in his media practice, advising on reputational management issues including defamation.

Sinead studied her law degree at the University of Southampton and subsequently obtained a distinction in her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Sinead completed her training contract at Goodman Derrick, qualifying into the Dispute Resolution Department in September 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Sinead worked as a paralegal in a contentious city practice for over two years.
